Here's what no one names directly: the reason we push harder, give more, overfunction, perform, and struggle to let anyone love or support us isn't a productivity habit. It's a foundation we never got to build.
When your sense of worth lives in what you accomplish, how you look, what people think of you, how useful you are - it is always one bad day away from collapse. One missed award. One critical comment. One morning you don't feel like yourself. And the erosion begins.

Heart Rhythms moves through two layers - the cognitive and the somatic - because understanding something in your mind is only half of it. Your body has to be part of this too.

The Workshop
Valerie leads an honest, grounded exploration of why self-love stalls - the perfection trap, the approval audit, the receiving block. You'll name what's real and begin to understand the first concrete steps toward a worth that doesn't depend on the outcome.

Heart Rhythms Movement
Allie Greene leads this somatic practice - using rhythm, breath, and intentional movement to move what the workshop surfaced from your head into your body, where it can actually live. This is for all bodies, all abilities. There is no right way to move - just a willingness to show up.

Integration & Circle
We close together. Each woman shares one word or one sentence - what she's taking with her. You won't leave alone with your thoughts. You'll leave held, and changed in a way that's yours to keep.

Before becoming a licensed social worker, trauma-focused therapist, and Registered Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist (RSME/T), Allie was a professional dancer - and she knows firsthand what it feels like when the outside world's criticism starts to quietly reshape how you feel about yourself on the inside. She created Soma Movement to guide women back to a relationship with their bodies that isn't built on performance.
She knows what it costs to let other people's voices become your own. She also knows the way back - and she holds that space with both the clinical skill to go deep and the warmth to make it feel safe.

QUESTIONS
A few things women
want to know.
Do I need any special movement abilities?
Not at all. Heart Rhythms is for all bodies, all experience levels, all ages. There is no right way to move. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to show up.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in - yoga pants, loose layers, anything you feel at ease in. A small journal is welcome if you like to write, but not required.
Why only 10 women?
Because depth requires intimacy. This is a real experience, not a packed event. Ten seats means every woman in the room is seen, held, and able to go somewhere meaningful in two hours.
