Hosted by Renewed Spirit Adventures & Soma Movement, this intimate mini-retreat is designed for high-achieving women navigating life transitions—retirement, empty nesting, career shifts, or relationship changes.
Through a blend of somatic movement, embodiment practices, and reflective journaling, you’ll reconnect with your body, clarify your values, and step into your next season with confidence and compassion.
 Led by Valerie Pedigo & Allie Greene, this one-day retreat offers movement, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you realign with your authentic self.

One Day to Take Your Life Back Workshop

Step into a day designed to help you reclaim your energy, focus, and sense of self. Through a mix of guided movement, reflective journaling, and embodiment practices, you’ll uncover sources of stress, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with practical tools and clear strategies to navigate life transitions with confidence, clarity, and ease.

What the Day Includes 

9 AM – 5 PM

  • Grounding Welcome & Intention Setting – Arrive, settle in, and set powerful intentions for your day.

  • Somatic Awakening & Movement Flow – Engage your body through guided movement, dance, barre, and somatic practices to release tension and awaken energy.

  • Reflection & Journaling – Explore where you’ve been living by habit, reconnect with your inner guidance, and uncover what truly matters to you.

  • Aligned Living Workshop – Learn practical tools for restoring balance, managing stress, and making choices that honor your values.

  • Integration Practices – Apply embodiment exercises and simple rituals to carry clarity and calm into your daily life.

  • Nourishing Lunch & Optional Walking Meditation – Recharge your body and mind with a seasonal, vegetable-based meal and a mindful stroll.

  • Identity & Life Transitions Exploration – Navigate new seasons of life with compassion and confidence, exploring shifts in career, family, relationships, and personal purpose.
