WHAT WHOLE & RISE IS

Whole & Rising is a movement-based virtual workshop designed for high-functioning women who are carrying stress, tension, and disconnection, and want relief, clarity, and a practical pause.

This is not a lecture-heavy workshop.

The heart of the experience is movement.

You'll spend most of the session being guided through intentional somatic movement with Allie to help release tension, reconnect with your body, and soften the stress and push-through mode so many women live in without realizing how much it is costing them.

Then Valerie will guide a focused teaching and reflection segment to help you connect what you're experiencing physically to the patterns underneath the pressure — so you leave with both relief and insight.

What you'll Experience

45 minutes

Somatic Movement with Allie

Allie will guide you through a gentle somatic practice designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and step out of stress, overthinking, and push-through mode.

"Whole & Rising is a 45-minute somatic class and space to return to yourself. We'll explore a cellular breath meditation and simple movement — seated, on the floor, and standing — following the natural rhythms of expanding and condensing. This work invites you underneath the noise life can bring, back into a felt sense of support, clarity, and connection."

Teaching & Reflection with Valerie

Valerie will help you connect what you're experiencing in your body to the patterns underneath stress, overthinking, pressure, and disconnection — so you leave with not just relief, but insight.

A lot of high-functioning women are so used to handling everything that they stop noticing how much stress they are carrying until it starts showing up everywhere. 

Most women either ignore it, think about it nonstop, or try to push harder.

But when stress is living in your body and your patterns, more thinking is usually not the answer. 

This workshop helps create a meaningful interruption in that cycle.

Valerie Pedigo

FOUNDER, RENEWED SPIRIT ADVENTURES
Valerie works with high-functioning women who know something is not working anymore and want to change it without blowing up their life to do it. Her work helps women understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves honestly, and make more aligned choices from there.

Allie Greene

FOUNDER, SOMA MOVEMENT
Allie is a somatic & trauma-focused therapist and somatic movement educator. She brings the movement side of this experience, guiding women through intentional somatic practices that help release stress, reconnect with the body, and soften the push-through mode so many high-functioning women live in every day.

Together, they offer both the physical experience and the insight to help women understand what may be going on underneath the stress they've been carrying.
